The Indian Cultural Congress 2025, India’s first-ever national cultural congress, will be held from 20 to 22 December 2025 in Ernakulam, Kerala. Rooted in the values of culture, dialogue, fraternity, equality, and peace, the Congress brings together voices from across the country to celebrate India’s pluralistic and multilingual cultural traditions through meaningful exchange and artistic expression.

Hosted across eight venues, the three-day Congress will feature an expansive programme of panel discussions, seminars, performances, film screenings, exhibitions, workshops, and street arts. Writers, artists, filmmakers, scholars, performers, and cultural activists from all regions of India—along with international participants—will engage in conversations that reflect the diversity, creativity, and democratic spirit of Indian culture.

The Indian Cultural Congress, a three-day festival promoting culture, dialogue, fraternity, equality, and peace, is set to highlight the rich diversity and pluralistic traditions of Indian culture. Jointly organised by various institutions and organisations with the support of the Department of Cultural Affairs, Government of Kerala, the event will transform Ernakulam into a vibrant cultural hub starting December 20.
